[0.17] headless server, no access but appears in public server list

[0.17] headless server, no access but appears in public server list

Hey guys,
i have a problem with my headless server.

the server appears in the public server list. But for ping is "can't reach" and i can not connect to the server. When i try to connect to the internal ip adress directly everything is fine. My portforwarding is active and i know that there is something listening on the factorio port when i monitor my public ip adress.

everything was fine until the 0.17 update.

Some ideas? do you need additional information?
