I have tried to view the replay for my freeplay map. It appears to start just fine, but after a few minutes, I get a message saying that it desynchronized. This is in 10.12 as I mentioned earlier. When I watch the replay at higher speeds, it seems to desync faster than at lower speeds.
Is this expected? Or is there anything I can do to avoid a desync?
The total play time for one of the files I am trying to replay is 23 hours, but it happens on all of the previous save files as well, with the lowest playtime being just under an hour.

The devs mentioned splitters cause desync. Splitters were fixed in 0.11.1, but that version has bigger replay problems.
You can try playing without splitters and see how far you get.

0.10.12 is the old stable branch and no fixes will go ino that release. There were many desync fixes in the 0.11.x versions, but these have their own problems, because currently 0.11.1 is very experimental :-)
