[0.11.1] Error playing base/first steps - lvl3

Keep getting this error after finishing the objective of scanning 50 sectors in level 3;

Save game info + Error message;

Played it again without the scenario pack enabled, didnt matter.

I don't have OCD, I have CDO. It's the same, but with the letters in the correct order.
