Game won't start

When i start the game it gives me a prompt saying that i am missing a afe file. "...Appdata/Roaming/Factorio/saves/afe does not exist." I tried uninstalling factorio and deleting my roaming file but it still gave me the error message.

It's been told to load a save file that doesn't exist, it looks like.

Remove the command-line argument "-safe"; I don't know what you were trying to accomplish with it, but it is saying to load the save named "afe".

Thanks for notifying me about safe mode and why it wasn't loading. I launched it in safe before i reinstalled the game because i was running into bit mapping issues. Appreciate your help, it is working now.
