LAN Multiplayer connection error

LAN Multiplayer connection error

Hi All,

I'm currently at a LAN party, I've created a dedicated Factorio host on an old pc and everyone wantiong to join the server is able to join via play on LAN, except for one. He just can't see she game in the LAN screen.

We really don't know what the problem is here, things we've tried in random order:
-open port 34197 on pc
-reinstall Factorio on steam
-disable all firewalls
-check Factorio version (all 0.15.18)

The only thing I know is diofferent is that he runs win7 and the rest is running Win8 (or higher)

Any help so he can join the game?
