They reset recipes to what is currently in data and are now executed automatically by the game when mods change.

You're wrong ... I'll admit I'm playing right now in the old map - there I do not change and the recipe and technology is not acceptable, let's say barrels. And does not change in any way only with a new game .. and this is not right ..

вы не правы... я допустим играю щас в старой карте - там у меня не меняется и не выявился рецепт и технология допустим бочек. и никак не меняется только с новой игры.. а это не правильно..
