I get this error message on startup everytime if I try to lanch the .zip-version of the game. If I click disable all mods it just restarts to the same message. I have no mods installed, just downloaded the .zip, unzipped, started. Steam version works fine.
This is under Windows 10 creators update.
I don't consider it a big issue since I can play the steam version, just figured I'd mention it since it's still there in .15.1 and not only .15.
