Server browser (JSON parse error)

Was playing some factorio got disconnected. Trying to reconnect server browser was intermittently showing the server with ping of 250-400 and attempts to connect were disconnecting. saw this and thought the code wizards might want to see as well.

Was it a one time thing or does it happen always now?
