Factorio does not start

I am running Factorio on steam, Windows 7 and it will not start. Here is the log. This happened on 14.19 and 14.20 and i have deleted and reinstalled several times. Any help would be appreciated.

It crashes in atiumd64, which is your graphics card driver. Make sure the graphics card drivers and DirectX are up-to-date.
