can't start Factorio because of a conflict with mods.

I can't start Factorio because of a conflict with mods.
It begins loading stuff, then stops with this error message:

Error while loading item prototype "module-case" (tool):
Prototype "module-case" registered twice
Modifications: bobmodules

Please tell me whether I can unload the mod(s) from the game without starting it, or do I need to re-install everything?

if you have installed factorio trough installer or steam
go to
%appdata%\Factorio\mods
(just type this on start menu and hit enter, it should work)

if you have version from zip, mods folder should be in your unzipped Factorio folder

delete bobmodules_#version.zip

#version is shorthand for whatever version you have

you can redownload deleted mod later using mod manager
if you find other conflicting mods, just delete them too, until you can start game
