Factorio Crashes when I zoom out

I run the steam version of Factorio. I've put 47 hours into the game with no problems but lately whenever I load a world or even create a new one, my client crashes any time I zoom out. I've tried restarting PC, Steam, and everything else but it doesn't change anything. The strange part about it is that some days it works perfectly fine, but other days it doesn't work at all. Would love if someone could help me fix it because a majority of the time its dysfunctional.

I can see you use some overlay to display GPU temperature and FPS. What software does the overlay and does the crash happen also when you disable it?
