Vsync Option

So, the latest update, 0.13.12, disabled & removed the Vsync stuff if Windows aero is enables. Unfortunately, Windows 10 has aero permanently enabled :/. So, when I was playing, I kept getting some weird graphics stuff due to V de-sync. If possible, can you re-enable this option, even if aero is on in the background? Or, at least let us choose whether to have it on or not?

I don't remember whether I had vsync on before the update, but the tearing is unbearable now, even when going back to 13.11. (So I guess it was on)

Please come up with a fix, because it is downright unplayable atm.

I've installed that latest AMD drivers, tried playing the game in compatability-mode, and enabling vsync through the amd software, but so far nog luck.
