I'm in despair! I completed the purhase before having an account here! Now when I created one I repeated the purhase but then error ocurred. In my bank operations site I have two transactions to Factorio. Still nothing!
Do I receive that email or what?
PLEASE HELP!

You should have received an e-mail (or in your case two) with the code(s) to upgrade your account. (Factorio and forum account are two different accounts, the forum one has nothing to do with purchases.)
Send an e-mail with your details to support@factorio.com. They can also help you with refunding one of the purchases.

I did that while ago - send info to support.
But still did not receive anything - 5 hours after purhase.
Damn I really want to buy and play this!

In the download section I have experimental release and a bunch of demos but I assume it is not what I'm looking for?

Maybe you should wait until the Support replies instead of continuously clicking the 'buy' button?
Transactions can take up to 24 hours to complete.
But I think you can go to your bank and report these additional transactions as not intended. You should get your money back then.
If you paid with PayPal you can also do this on the PayPal site, search for 'Money Back Guarantee' or something like that.

I paid with my MasterCard, and for first time I have that bullshit. I bought dozens of Indie games and maximum time was 1 or 2 hours wait, but not like this.
