Every 15 seconds a strange sounds plays in the game, like "tuz - tuz".
It is very annoying
What is that? Looks like it's GUI effects sound
I tried to find that in the sound folder, but I don't see ti.

If the sound is very regular it might be from your bots, (if you have a bot/logistics network). Drove me crazy until I figured out what it was....
On the UI, there should be a red triangle warning -- mousing over will tell you what objects are missing, etc.... (if this is causing the issue).

If something in your world needs robots(or a repair) you have a icon beside your toolbar. and a sound is playing to notify you about the fact that something needs to be done.
It doesn't matter how far you are away from that place.
