Game lags often on Multiplayer

This is more of a question, so, when I'm on multiplayer, the game lags very often, Causing connection issues and FPS drops, we hues Hamachi to connect, is it Hamachi's fault or our internet's fault?

What is the ping (and the overall network quality) of all your other players ?
What is your server's ping setting ?
