game stops working when trying to load

hi. my game will not boot as soon as i run the launcher both in and out of admin mode. it instantly comes up with programme not responding

This is a new install. used to work fine before upgrading to windows 10. with same spec's

spec's
I5 4570
8GB ram
msi gtx 970
windows 10 64bt

cant seem to find a crash log for it sorry

Please post a crash log. Try running it in administrator mode, and/or compatibility mode for xp.

What version of Factorio are you using? The stable is NOT compatable with windows 10, you'll need to use the latest experimental (0.12.19) for it to run on windows 10.
