I'm having issues with the graphics...
There's static images and missing icons everywhere, I've uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted the whole folder... Don't know what I did wrong.
This happened with 12.13 but 12.12 seems to do it too..

Also you can try to get latest AMD beta drivers to see if issue still appears with them.

I have the same problem.
Solutions provided did not solve it (forcing openGL, lowering video memory usage, setting quality to low)
I have an AMD R9 280X, so it should have plenty of VRAM (3GB). I've played before on my laptop and it worked then.
I also have the latest drivers.
