[2.0.28] Graphical bug - flickering screen

Hi,

I've been having this weird problem where the screen would start to flicker (Screen recording) once every few hours and would only stop after switching to another tab. The doesn't seem to be a clear correlation to anything I do in-game.

It would also sometimes cause graphical glitches to persist even after closing the game (Don't have video evidence at the moment, and it's not very noticable from another camera). The persisting glitch would make the horizontal odd numbered pixels get swapped with neighboring even numbered pixels. Something like this 01234567 -> 10325476

Tried some of the common solutions, but it was too time consuming to check every option.

Hardware: Acer Nitro 5
OS: Windows 11, DirectX12
The video in bottom right: Picture-in-Picture from Firefox (not sure if that's relevant, but I've had it open for most of my past games and it sometimes acts weird on top of different games)
