Mac demo not working

My friend has a mac and the demo's textures are scrambled how does he fix this?

He connects to the forum, posts us a screenshot, his log file, his hardware configuration (GPU, VRAM), whatever else he finds revelant, and then only there is a chance we can find what's up.

He is not very tech handy but i will try to get him to screenshot and get his computer specs up
