Happy owner of a bleeding edge Arch setup, with a 1080Ti (and the latest NVIDIA DKMS drivers).
With no issues, related to tearing or anything, anywhere else, but in Factorio.
But, the fact that the tearing can be caught on a screenshot, would imply that tearing occurs not on the screen itself (and it cannot, I've tested this screen myself beforehand, it wouldn't be screenshot-able), but on the game and seems to be always in the same spot.
Here's a capture the issue itself.
Tried to search for related issues but nothing of relevant interest showed up.
Might do record it when i get some more time perhaps.
Also provided is the log file, although i doubt its utility in this case.

Did try, forgot to mention, also Fullscreen, but that didn't end up helping much either. Either no VSync Windowed, VSync Windowed, no Vsync Fullscreen or VSync fullcreen, i still see the same tear in the same place at the map level
