Factorio does not launch

Yes, this solved the issue. The media pack was the problem. Windows was freezing so only today I could make the installation to finally work.

Sure I saw the message and only today I could install it. The Windows update was getting stuck in the middle of the procedure several times. That delayed my feedback to you guys here.

The problem is known and rare, but maybe add some check when launching Factorio to avoid this?
And show a hint for solution (or better, prompt to install necessary components)?
