1. What did you do?
I'm in the middle of 2 modded playthroughs so I'm using sync mods with save a lot. Normally this works fine. But last week when I was on holyday I used my laptop with the poor internet over there. When I switch between saves with mods that are already installed, everything is ok. But when the mods need to be downloaded and installed I run into issues with the install process.
2. What happened?
When downloading the whole list(See picture) I get the following notice:
Install failed for <mod name>: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
This notice timing differs every time, sometimes it takes a while before it pops up and sometimes its nearly instant. The mod that it trips over in the list changes too. This can be especially frustrating with long lists and big graphics mods that take long on a slow connection.
3. What do I expect?
What I expect is to sync the mods with the save, downloading everything at once and start playing after the first reboot. Now I have to split everything up in multiple reboots and download sessions.
4. Does it happen always?
If I limit the download list to a lot less mods at a time by disabling them from ready to download menu, it works better. When you only download the maximum that can be done in parallel it seems to always work. In my case that is 4. That means I can reliably download 4 mods at a time this way. If I attempt more at once, it is prone to happen again. Above 8 it seems to lean more toward not working.
5. Can you reproduce?
In my holiday I did some dinging around to find the above, I'm convinced I can reproduce it again but this takes a lot of time because of the slow connection at the holiday location. I didn't encounter it in another setting yet. Though is it a familiar problem that I had on a previous holiday with a laptop couple of years ago.
I get this issue only on my laptop which is less powerful than my normal desktop machine.(i7-1165G7 + Nvidea T500 vs. Ryzen 7 3800X + AMD RX 6750XT). My guess is that the internet speed has some influence as well. Or now that I think about it that the company policy stuff with the trend-micro scanner might block some files when scanning for changes and downloads or something. But that should also happen with the 4 downloads I guess.
If you want me to try something or need more info, I'm happy to help.

This sounds like one of the things you mentioned: an anti-virus software scanning the file(s) locking them for some amount of time. Although I have no way to prove that or what to do about it.
If you want to get ahold of me I'm almost always on Discord.

Re: [1.1.91] install failed for <mod name>: The Process cannot access the file
I shall try to reproduce this on another machine and also check if I can confirm that the scanner is actually intervening.
That said. Is there a possibility to somehow save the current progress, skip the troublesome mod or add a retry button or something? Because each time it is downloading and installing the same thing over and over. It seems that some mods are complete before this notice, but get reset after pressing confirm.
