Steam play time still counting when computer sleeps

My play time seems quite inflated. I don't think I played 120 hours yet. Maybe I'm in denial...

When I stop playing I usually don't exit Factorio, but use Windows' Sleep to turn off the computer. I'm under the impression that Factorio will still count this time as play time. Am I wrong? Seems like a bug to me. If I'm AFK, and the computer is still running, I would understand it. But if the computer is asleep it seems wrong to count this as play time.

Well, whether it is bug or not, Factorio doesn't count time played, Steam Client does.
