The log shows no crash and you are still running the old version.
Is there a reason why you are forcing opengl?

I have been playing for nearly 200 hours and have no problems.

After updating the game today, the game crashed and OpenGL was forced to open, but I don't know how to change back to the original rendering settings.

After that, I tried to roll back to the old version through steam, but the game still crashed frequently

After OpenGL is forced to be enabled, my game can hardly maintain 60 frames (even if it is a new archive)

The MOD in the log is enabled after frequent crashes (because the game is almost impossible to play, I have too much leisure, so I can only play MOD, ah ha ha)

I am now using the archive in the attachment to remove all MODs and reproduce the crash log
This may take a little time, because it doesn't collapse as soon as you enter the game

Do a complete clean reinstall of your graphics drivers.

Then in the game's main menu, you can disable the openGL by holding [CTRL]+[ALT] when clicking the Settings button. A new button will show at the bottom: The rest. Click that, then search for "opengl" and disable the "force-opengl" option. This may require a game restart to take effect.
