Alright this is getting ridiculous. I cannot get a Space Age existing save (started localhost from my pc) to work on a WINDOWS headless server. I am using the factorio.com/download windows zip stable 2.0.21. That zip DOES NOT come with space age "mods". When I port those mods and mod list into the server, the server crashes or quits with my existing save. Even if I create a new save, it crashes or quits. Does anybody know how to create a windows headless server for SPACE AGE dlc? Everything out there is for linux. My log is showing some sort of steam storage quota. Google says it has to do with cloud save but I have no idea how to stop that. Anybody? Log is attached.
Edit: It looks like there is a way to download Space Age apart from the non dlc version from the factorio website. But I have Space Age on steam, not the website, so my account just says I own the normal one. I have to figure out how to have the website recognize I have Space Age already but on steam.

Re: Space Age Windows server with existing save
You want the expansion zip:
If you want to get ahold of me I'm almost always on Discord.
Re: Space Age Windows server with existing save
I just figured that out. But in my case, I have Space Age on steam, not through the website. So I can't use that link. It just asks me to purchase it.
Re: Space Age Windows server with existing save
After checking that my account was linked to steam, the link shows up now. Lets see if this download will run it.
Re: Space Age Windows server with existing save
It works now. If anybody else has this issue, try going to your account and clicking on the steam link. I think that refreshed it for me.
