Cant connect to server when on auto pause

Cant connect to server when on auto pause

I rented a server at low.ms. i tried a support ticket there but they are kinda useless^^
When i have the auto pause setting on true i cant connect, the server wont respond when trying to save the map.
on false its works fine.

its always spitting that error

228.413 Warning ServerSynchronizer.cpp:115: nextHeartbeatSequenceNumber(12651) peer(5) wants a heartbeat(11401) that we don't have.
