[1.0.0] Factorio keeps crashing lately

What did you do?
I've run my base 24/7 for a few years now without much problems.
What happened?
Lately Factorio has been crashing once or twice a day.
I've seen it happen twice when it was trying to save the game so I though the disk might be faulty but saving to another disk does not help.
What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
I expected to come home from work and see the satellite counter increased by many rockets.
Write down the steps to reproduce the issue if you know them.
I'm not sure. It may be happening when it tries to save the game. From time to time I end up with a .tmp. file in the save folder.
Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
Mostly once or twice a day.

Well I don't know. It mostly happens when I'm afk. I was hoping the logfiles would help. The first 2 logs are beta18 the last logs are 1.0.0.

These crashes seem unrelated, suggesting a hardware issue. Try running https://www.memtest.org/ for a few hours.

Thank you for looking into the issue. If you think it's a hardware problem I will first try to run everything at stock speeds and see how far that gets me.
