[0.17.9] server stops when someone joins

so i have my server on open and have a few mods installed
when someone wanted to join my server it gave me a message that the server stop responding
and after like 3 or 4 trys it crashed there is nothing of a error in the logs but i will upload it anyway for you peeps

im running it on ubuntu 16

please help me i want to have a stable server

I had massive lag as well on someone else’s server can mods be the couse of it ?

He used the same mods as me
