Performance Issues

I'm noticing lately weird issues where I'll tab out to change a song on Spotify, come back to the game it locks up 5 seconds then unlocks and FPS/UPS drops to 12 then shoots back up to 60. Any ideas? Also when starting the game up my whole system locks up on the loading screen, I know this as the video my watching on another screen will lock up video for 5 seconds with audio going then everything freezes including my mouse. Then loads fine.

My system specs are:

• Ryzen 1600
  GTX 1050
  8Gb DDR4 (soon to be 16 by Friday)
  M.2 NVMe 256gb for OS/Minor Apps
  SSD 500gb for Games 1/4th full.

Is there something I can try or a log file I can provide to help give more information?

Sounds like too little RAM, if it still is an issue after your upgrade, provide the info from here: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=51319 for help.
