[16.38] Error updating: "Can't open instructions.json"

Hello,

I get this error when I try to update one of my instance of 0.16 (which is a stand-alone version).

Here are a couple of checks I made :

-the instructions.json is there at the target location
-I tried to run the game as admin (probably pointless but who knows)
-I deleted the entire temp folder

I got no issues updating another instance of the game I have (which is also a stand-alone) that lies at the same place (C:\Games\Factorio\Seablock instead of C:\Games\Factorio\BobAngels)

Post the complete log after failing to update.

Is instructions.json identical to the version in your other installation?
