How To - Optimize for Microsoft Surface Book

Hello All,
After putting up with screen stutters, I finally found the answer on an archived Reddit post from 2016.

If you have a Surface Book with the discrete GPU, you will find that the Intel graphics controller works better for Factorio. I don't know all of the reasons for this, but it does check on my machine.

To fix this, start the nVidia control panel and set the program specifics for Factorio to the built in graphics, NOT the nVidia graphics.

If requested, I will go back and take screen shots.

There was a post buried deep in a thread, so in an effort to help others, I am making this topic its own thread.
