Game and Computer Freezing

I recently updated into the Windows 10 Creator's update, and I've noticed that my computer has started freezing randomly, and I wonder if it's linked to factorio. When I launch the game, it takes it's normal 2.5 GB, but over time it slowly decreases to 250 MB, at which point, my disk usage and cpu usage is also 0%, and eventually my computer freezes.
