I was running 0.13.0 and a bunch of mods with it. In an attempt to let a friend play with me I told him to select 0.13.0 in the betas option in steam. That version is no longer listed there however. So, I figured I could just update to 0.13.19. Now I can't load any of my maps! Please help! I just need a way to downgrade my version back to 0.13.0!

I chose 0.19 because it was the most recent 0.13.x
I have also tried the only other available 0.13.x which is .18
It is preferable to just change back to version 0.13.0 and have a way for my friend to do it too, since at least some of the mods are definitely not updated to the newer versions.

0.13.20 is the latest stable version, no need to do any beta stuff. Opt out of beta, update to 0.13.20 and you should be fine.
(Or update to 0.14, might work better for multiplayer)
