[0.13.17] Hard FPS Drops

Hey, i play with some MODs but in this Version i have so muich FPS Drops by standing near the 40 Steam Engines and fully zoomed out!

I have a very good PC:

AMD FX 6300 @ 4 Ghz
GTX960
12 GB RAM

I played with massiv more MODs and Entitys and didnt get any FPS Dropp.

The frame time is lost in the memory flip, see here as well: viewtopic.php?f=11&t=30699
I would suspect it only happens when lots of smoke or leaves are in the scene, try switching from opengl to directX or vice versa and change the graphic settings.
