Cant sign in on to browse multiplayer lobbies.

It comes up saying i havnt purchased the game and that i need to buy it even though i have it on steam and on factorio it says my account is linked, anyone help?

This has been repeatedly reported since 0.13 came out. Please give the devs some time to fix
[Edit] Moved to Tech help until determined if it's a bug or something else.
