Hey everyone!
I've not been playing Factorio for around a month or two, but today I came back to carry on with my 70hour+ world when I get an error disallowing me to load the map due to game versions.
I don't know what's happened at all. I didn't even know there was going to be an update that did this.
Please help! I really wanna get my world back although I read on someone else's post that they were stuck on that game version, meaning downgrading wouldn't help.
Thanks!

Hi, we'll need to know more -- best is if you start Factorio, try to open the file and after it failed post a Log file to this thread.

Alright...
I found the log file. I looked in the log before the error and the only change after is: "Loading Map" on the next line.
This might help (attached). I tried to CD into the directory displayed in the image, although none existed.

Re: Can't play my save file?
From your screenshot filename I assume you have Factorio 0.11.22 installed (current stable).
To load your map you need at least version 0.12.6, you can download the current experimental 0.12.13 at https://www.factorio.com/download/experimental or enable 'experimental updates' in the settings.

Re: Can't play my save file?
Alright, thanks! That seemed to have fixed it.
I had thought it must have been a game update or something that did it but I never realized that my version of the game had downgraded. I've never even looked in the experimental section for Downloads so didn't think of that, and my game was set to use Experimental versions, but returned a result of "No updates were found" when searching for updates.
Thanks!
