I was stoked to upgrade my PC to the AMD Ryzen 9 3950x and repurpose my old setup (Intel Core i7-3770k) as a duty relief for my multi-purpose server. My new PC should be magnitudes faster than the one I built in 2012, but this is not the case with the attached saved game running headlessly on the old Intel system. I understand that the game is heavily modded and the base is kinda big, but performance is absolutely garbade, with dips to 5 FPS. UPS is quite stable in the high 50s.
Full Specs are as follows:

Do I need faster RAM? Overclock the AMD CPU as well? It's probably not the GPU, though. Having only a somewhat marginal improvement in single-threaded performance in Factorio is quite disappointing. Should I have gone Intel instead?
Any insight is appreciated.
