bullet damage sprite too far north
when I manually shoot at a chest, the orange flash sprite appears approximately one tile north of the chest. it's hard to get a screenshot while I'm shooting, so I hope this is trivial to reproduce.

Seems to be the case for all buildings, maybe intentional to make it more visible. Confirmed in 15.9 with pistol and SMG and all types of ammo.

This appears to still be the case in 0.16
It might make sense for large buildings, but it's all wrong for one-tile entities like chests.
