[14.5] menu flickers on mouseover due to its width changing

If you hover over an entity containing modules like an electric furnace just right, the sidebar starts to flicker due to it's width changing. This is caused by the text in the energy consumption line being wider than normal if you use efficiency modules. See screenshot for size comparison:

While this is a very minor issue and does not affect gameplay, it is still soewhat distracting when the right menu suddenly changes size.
