[1.1.91] "Storage chest in the way" message when putting rails into it with ctrl+click

We are aware of them, but they have low priority. We have more important things to do. They go here in order not to take space in the main bug thread list.

I confirmed this in 1.1.92 and 1.0.0.

Only on Rails. Other large items (roboport, radar) didn't generate the message.

It's the price for being able to use identical key combinations for multiple things. You can just change the one for obstacle avoidance placement.
