[1.1.22] Crash when zooming in on biter alert

I load my save, play for a few minutes, and biters attack. I click on the red alert, the map opens. When I zoom in on the map, it crashes.

EDIT: it crashes even in the menu when there are biters destroying things in the background movie. This happens with mods disabled too.
