I was troubleshooting a bug report for assembler-pipe-passthrough, and came across another CTD.

I loaded the save with a subset of the mods enabled:

Angels Smelting
Angels Refining
Angels Petro Chem

If I keep Picker Pipe Tools enabled, the save does not crash.
