[0.17.47] Crash when loading 0.17.45 save

Started crashing today when loading save from last Wednesday. Save included with crash information.

Vanilla game, no mods.

Relevant line from log:
23.320 Error RailSignalBase.cpp:339: this->reservedFor.isZero() == (this->reservedForCount == 0) was not true
