[0.17.23] Technologies for Steel Furnace and Electric Furnace Have Same Name

The technology for Steel Furnaces is called Advanced material processing, but so is the technology for Electric Furnaces.

looks like 'upgrade = "true"' is missing from the prototype of AMP2.
