[0.17.5] UI on top right broken

In the campaign tutorial the UI usually holding the map, research, and what you are looking at has turned into a wall of text with one or two letters per line

Same here. 0.17.
I don't know if it's related, but my tutorial won't end, now. I've researched Green Science, but the next mission won't trigger.
