[0.17.3] Installed Mod not showing up in Manage list

Hi,

If you install a mod, it doesn't show up in the manage list. If you look at the Install list, the mod has a check mark, like the other already installed mods. But it isn't in the manage list.

I think there needs to be a refresh button at the top like the other two lists (install and updates).

Pressing confirm, then of course it relaunches the game and the mod then shows up in the manage list.

Thanks for the report. This is known and was on the to-do before 0.17 was released.
