[0.17.3] No GUI way back from Mods menu

[0.17.3] No GUI way back from Mods menu

Only way back from the Mods menu is to hit Escape, there's no GUI button to leave the menu or return, and it's not made clear anywhere.

For me, the Confirm button at the lower right makes it very clear.
