[0.17.3] Entity tooltip on the side goes out of frame

Edit: This is a scenario only issue, or an issue when there is nothing above the Entity tooltip. See final screenshot.

As you can see, the entity tooltip on the right hand side is cut off.

The game is running at around 2560 x 1600.
