[0.17.2] x is in the way - same item placement

[0.17.2] x is in the way - same item placement
Trying to place an item onto the exact same item (and for quickreplace like belts & inserters also in the same alignment) shows "x is in the way" floating text. But it is not in the way, its already placed.
