Linux version. Swapped alt and win keys position not working

OS: Ubuntu 18.10
Version: 0.17.1 (Steam)

Using gnome tweak tools i changed my left block CTRL - WIN - ALT to WIN - ALT - CTRL (im used to mac layout)

Expecting: left win key - changing alt mode.
Got: nothing

Expecting: in keyboard config change shortcut. Press alt + F10 key. Should recognize CTL + F10.
Got: ALT + F10


Stable 0.16 - all working as expected. In all others games and software mapping working just fine
